Panel Will Discuss the Importance of Identifying and Measuring the Right Service Metrics
SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 5, 2012-- Wright Express Corporation (NYSE: WXS), a leading global provider of business payment processing and information management solutions, today announced the participation of Jamie Morin in the upcoming 8th Annual Customer Contact 2012, East: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange. Morin, Wright Express senior vice president, client operations, will serve as a panelist during the event which takes place April 15 - 18, 2012 at the Marriott in Marco Island, Florida.
During the April 17 session (11:50 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.), titled Metrics That Really Matter: Are You Measuring What's Important to Your Customers, Morin will speak to the relationship between customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction, and the value of both to driving sustainable growth for businesses. Acknowledging the critical nature of both of these key metrics, Morin noted, "We are witnessing a growing interest in the service community in finding meaningful ways to not only generate measurements, but to gain an understanding of the reasons behind the scores and act on that information."
With more than 25 years of service, operations, and marketing experience, Morin is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Wright Express client services division. She holds a B.A. in communication from the University of Southern Maine, an M.A. in organizational management from the University of Phoenix, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in organizational psychology at Capella University. Morin is a founding member of the advisory board of The Service Council. She also sits on the board of the Institute for Civic Leadership, currently serving as its Chair, as well as the board of The Maine Center for Creativity.
